“Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place.”

“The AC control is on a wall in the room, not on the unit itself. Staff was helpful and the room very clean. There was no information on how to use the TV remote.”

“I am not sure how this property received and excellent rating. The building was so run down, it was concerning. Had we not been exhausted and the room prepaid, we would have gone elsewhere. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations in other rooms. There was someone hooting and hollering, a car alarm went off repeatedly. The room was ok, if you get a room on the second floor, be aware, there is no elevator. We did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I would not...

“Not terrible for a night. Slept great. Wasn’t the best place. Breakfast was apples, bananas, muffins, and pop tarts. No elevator. Not much water pressure. Towels were barely bigger than a hand towel.”

“The hotel rooms need to be updated. There were carpet stains on the floor and water stains on the ceiling. All the furniture in the room was old, scratched, and chipped. The hair dryer didn’t work and there was hair in the tub when we arrived. The price was reasonable so with the conditions of the rooms, I didn’t complain. I guess it’s true the saying,”you get what you pay for.””

“Excessive mold in the room we checked into. Not a few spots but a huge solid swatch about 2-3 square feet in the corner of one of the showers. The rooms themselves were not the cleanest and outdated, but I could have dealt with that if not for the mold. I had rented 2 rooms, and requested 2 rooms adjacent if possible. The fact that the staff felt it was appropriate to rent out this room instead of saying they were unable to accommodate the request made me question if the staff had any standards...

The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was...
